Members of the Middleboro High School Band, Orchestra, and Concert Choir recently took a trip to New York City. Each group performed in the National Freedom Festival at the College of Staten Island. And they brought home some spoils after competing: The MHS Band won a first-place trophy in the head-to-head competition and individual bronze medal, the Orchestra won a first-place trophy and a silver medal, and Concert Choir also took home a first-place trophy and a silver medal.
