Selectmen finished two days of interviews on Saturday and expect to choose a new police chief on May 4, 2009. The candidates are:

  • Middleboro Lt. Bruce D. Gates
  • Middleboro Lt. Peter J. Andrade
  • Plympton Police Chief Matthew M. Clancy
  • Kingston Police Chief Joseph J. Rebello
  • Berlin Police Chief Otto F. Rhode Jr.
  • Mansfield Police Executive Lt. Walter Crickard.
