The former Chicken House in South Middleboro has been purchased by David Fisher, owner of Dave’s Diner, Harry’s Bar and Grille, Fireside Grille, and the Riverside function hall. Mr. Fisher has also purchased the property at 65 Smith St., which sits next to the restaurant. He has no immediate plans for the property but sees it remaining in use as a restaurant. The property next door would provide parking that the existing site lacks.
