Middleboro’s Board of Selectmen voted unanimously to transfer the Fireside Grille’s liquor license to the eatery’s new owner, F. Michael Barrett, 61, and for the first time approved a 10 a.m. Sunday liquor license. They also transferred the entertainment and common victualler licenses to Barrett and approved the change in manager to Tracy Gaucher. Barrett said he will keep the Fireside’s 100 employees and honor all gift certificates and scheduled functions dates.
