The Federal Emergency Management Agency will reimburse the town for 75 percent of the costs associated with Tropical Storm Irene, which hit the region on August 28, 2011. Fire Chief Lance Benjamino said preliminary figures show the town will request a reimbursement of $260,000 for costs associated with the storm.
